The 2016 State of the Industry report showcases the success of the Queensland tourism industry. The report covers key highlights across government and industry, and includes insights from the Queensland Tourism Industry Council, the regional tourism organisation network as well as research from our university partners.

2015 State of the Industry

The 2015 State of the Industry report showcases the success of the Queensland tourism industry over 2014-15. It illustrates headline industry performance and progress towards the 20-year tourism plan. The report was a collaborative effort with our industry partners, the Queensland Tourism Industry Council, the state's Regional Tourism Organisations, and our universities' schools of tourism.

This report was a collaborative effort with our industry partners, the Queensland Tourism Industry Council, the state's Regional Tourism Organisations, and our universities' schools of tourism. For the first time, we present a rounded picture of the tourism sector in Queensland by including contributions  to the report from industry, regions, education and government.
